30-DAY REFUND POLICY
For any reason, undamaged, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund to the shipping address within 30 days of the delivery date. Once the item is returned to the KeepRobust warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
REFUND PROCESS
1. Initiate a return. Initiate a return request according to the software order refund process.
2. Negotiate. Our after-sales team will reply to your return process within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays in China local time). Once an agreement is reached, you will have the required information (such as a refund address).
3. Return. Please choose a logistics company to mail the goods to the warehouse address we gave you.
4. Refund. KeepRobust will arrange a refund within 3 working days after receiving the goods and checking if they meet the refund requirements. Customers will receive a refund within 5-10 working days (this is mainly determined by the policy of the payment method you took when you paid).
REFUND NOTES
1. Returned products must include all items that were shipped and mailed.
2. Products must include all original packaging.
3. For returns not related to product quality, the freight shall be borne by the buyer.
4. If you have any questions in the whole process, please contact us in time. We will negotiate a solution for you.
5. Due to special circumstances such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics, accidents, etc., the above processing may be interrupted or delayed.
